About Marna Edwards Flavell
(Click on Collections tab to see genre) Not a lot to tell. I've been drawing since I could hold a crayon and I'm just now trying to get back into the swing of things after taking a nearly 30 year break. After being forced into an early "retirement" due to our economy I needed something to help calm me and keep me busy and in a positive frame of mind so I took this opportunity to get back into painting and drawing. Thank you! Yes, this is my work. I've been trying to copy some of the old masters' works in pastels to gain experience and better techiniques. I've been working in pastels for not quite a year now and this one was difinately a good exercise and challenge.
