This climbing rose never fails to amaze me with the infinite number of color combinations. There are colors from pastel to almost electric, dark to light, solid to bands, to mottled, and all on the same bush at the same time.

I've been drawing since I could hold a crayon and I'm just now trying to get back into the swing of things after taking a nearly 30 year break. After being forced into an early "retirement" due to our economy I needed something to help calm me and keep me busy and in a positive frame of mind so I took this opportunity to get back into painting and drawing.
